Ongoing training and support is provided.
The role is administrative; good IT skills and competence in the use of Microsoft packages with knowledge of Excel is essential. We also use a range of other cloud-based software applications; full training will be provided for the use of these.
This role would suit someone who has worked within a previous administration role or someone who is looking to develop in a fast-paced, growing organisation with opportunities for development across business areas.
To be successful in this role you will need to be
Professional, enthusiastic and energetic – we operate in a fast-moving environment and no two days are the same. Our team are hard workers and are not afraid to get involved and help as necessary.
Attention to detail and personal integrity – we have high standards, and due to the nature of the work involved, administrative errors must be kept to an absolute minimum.
You should be highly organised and an excellent communicator – your role is varied, and you will be speaking externally to our Partners, so you should be a confident and clear communicator both written and on the phone.
You will be an essential part of our Administration team and we will provide you with the tools, training and support to do your job and to be successful, though you should be comfortable making decisions and working independently.
