The list is based on anonymous employee feedback, gathered through Great Place To Work® UK’s research-backed Trust Index© survey. Employees across the construction, engineering, and property sectors were asked to share their experiences on key areas such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, professional development, psychological safety, and financial security.

In addition to employee feedback, the evaluation also measured how consistently organisations deliver a positive workplace experience.

Analysis of the results showed:

• 77% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces in Construction, Engineering & Property™ say “I am offered training or development to further myself professionally” compared to 52% at a typical company in the sector.
