What happens after you apply for funding?
The application process for ECO3 funding is simple. By clicking 'apply now' and completing our form we are then able to check your eligibility and organise a survey and installation.
We will call you and confirm the details you have given us and that you still want to go ahead.
We will discuss with you what could be installed in your property and book a survey to be done at a convenient time for you.
A FREE No obligation survey will be completed at your property.
The installation company will then confirm with you what can be installed and whether you need to pay a contribution to cover any additional works required.
You can cancel at anytime before the install as taken place for FREE.
A date will be agreed to complete the work and there will be some paperwork to sign.
All work is completed by qualified people and covered by an insurance backed guarantee

Submission Staff Training
In the past we have worked with partners who have focused their training on the administration team in the office i.e. those people who process the measures for submissions.
The reality is that those employed in the supply chain also need to receive training, including surveyors, pre-install admin checks, installers (if they are completing paperwork) post-install admin and any other individuals touching the paperwork.
Obtaining leads within the ECO scheme can be more difficult than standard able pay to leads, because for those people that are on benefits or a low income, a new heating system or insulation for your home is unlikely to be on the top of their list.
