Up to the point of the first product being installed in your home, all of our services are 100% no obligation: we will not ask you to make any payments for assessing your eligibility, completing home surveys and assessments or producing.

Through our contracts for ECO4 and GBIS grant funding, ECO Simplified manages upgrades to home insulation and heating throughout England, Scotland, and Wales to improve the comfort and warmth of homes whilst reducing carbon emissions.

ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation 4) and GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme) are government grant schemes to improve the energy efficiency of homes in England, Scotland and Wales, and are administered by OFGEM and managed by the energy companies.

ECO4 encourages a whole-house, multi-product approach where insulation and heating may be upgraded in your home. GBIS focusses on single insulation products such as loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, flat roof insulation or internal wall insulation. GBIS does not include upgrading heating.
