A new phase of Employee Ownership

As of 14th May 2025, ECO Simplified has transferred into a 100% Employee-Owned Trust.

As an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) our employees own 100% of the company, meaning they have a say in how we work, and a stake in the business, rewarding them for their hard-work, dedication, and contributions.

James Aspey, Founder and Director, has spearheaded the transfer of ECO Simplified into an EOT, and as part of the transition, has made the decision to stepdown and move onto new challenges, leaving the business in the capable hands of the current management team who are stepping into Director roles.

Under James’ leadership ECO Simplified has grown into The Fastest Growing Company in the UK in 2024 (Fast Growth Index winners), and maintains a culture based on mutual trust and respect, a focus on compliance and integrity, and has built a sustainable and scalable business which supports local people and communities.

We are excited to move into this new phase of employee ownership and would like to thank James for his hard work and unwavering dedication since 2019.
